Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This notice applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It explains the categories of personal information we may collect, the purposes for which it is used, and the rights California residents have to control that information.
Your CCPA / CPRA Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to Know. You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, complying with a legal obligation, or exercising free speech).
- Right to Correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. If we share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out using the form below.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, financial account numbers) to what is necessary to perform the services reasonably expected by you.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your CCPA / CPRA rights.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information (as defined by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140):
- Identifiers — e.g., name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address.
- Customer records (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)) — e.g., information you submit on loan inquiry or contact forms, employment or income information.
- Commercial information — products or services you have expressed interest in, inquiry history.
- Internet or other electronic network activity — browsing data, referring URL, pages visited, interaction with our website.
- Geolocation data — approximate location derived from IP address.
- Inferences drawn from the above — e.g., likely interest in a particular loan product.
- Sensitive personal information — limited to what is submitted voluntarily on a loan application (e.g., Social Security Number, financial account information). This is used only to perform the services you request.
Purposes for Collection
- To respond to your inquiries and deliver requested services.
- To evaluate eligibility for loan or real estate products.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations (including SAFE Act, Regulation Z, RESPA, and state mortgage / real-estate licensing requirements).
Sources
We collect the categories above directly from you (forms, phone, email), automatically from your interaction with our website (cookies, analytics), and from service providers (e.g., loan origination systems, CRM vendors, analytics vendors).
Third-Party Sharing
We may share personal information with service providers and contractors acting on our behalf (e.g., loan origination, CRM, analytics, hosting, email delivery), and with licensed lending partners (including NEXA Lending LLC, NMLS #1660690) strictly to process inquiries you initiate. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a CCPA / CPRA request (to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, or limit use of sensitive information), use one of the following methods:

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf; the agent must provide written, signed authorization and proof of their own identity.
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require additional time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period (up to an additional 45 days) in writing.
